Many times, fear of being wrong has deeper psychological causes. Such as, in my case, my father having such high expectations of me, that nothing I could do was good enough. I always felt wrong. When I was wrong, I always thought my father would beat me. He only did it a few times, but that was enough for me to be afraid of his temper.
